On 17 July 2026, the Graduate School, Burapha University organized the GRD Canvas: Paint Your Research Masterpiece program under the theme “Research Proposal Writing for External Research Funding” via Zoom Meeting. The event was officially opened with welcoming remarks by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Witawat Jangiam, Dean of the Graduate School.
The workshop featured three distinguished speakers:
1. Professor Dr. Guntima Suwannapong, Faculty of Science, Burapha University
2. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pattrawadee Makmee, Faculty of Education, Burapha University
3. Ms. Chotima Chaitiamwong, Thailand–United States Educational Foundation (Fulbright)
The program was designed to enhance participants' knowledge, promote the exchange of experiences, and develop professional skills in research proposal writing. It focused on preparing researchers to successfully apply for research funding from both national and international funding agencies. Participants gained a clear understanding of the concepts and strategies for structuring competitive research proposals, learned about the requirements and key priorities of various funding organizations, and had the opportunity to exchange perspectives with distinguished speakers who possess extensive firsthand experience in research grant evaluation. The lecture was attended by a total of 86 participants.
